What happens if the weather is inclement?

One variable that Corporate Outdoor Training has no control over is the state of the weather on the day of your program (yet!). In many ways the unpredictability of the weather represents an excellent metaphor for dealing with the constantly changing business environment and we pride ourselves on our ability to demonstrate flexibility in planning.

We have the resources, experience, and broad range of activities to ensure that regardless of weather conditions encountered, the program can continue.

Wet weather clothing can be supplied on all programs and can allow the group to continue through the occasional passing shower. When conditions deteriorate to the point where learning has stopped then it is time to take the program under cover. This doesn’t mean however that the activity stops or that we revert to ‘chalk and talk’. Corporate Outdoor Training believes that an experiential approach can also occur effectively indoors and have a wide range of engaging activities to support this philosophy.
