Louise Flaherty is a Senior Facilitator with Corporate Outdoor Training.

Louise has 10 years experience in team development, as a facilitator, trainer and Training Manager throughout Australia, Asia Pacific and North America.

She has extensive experience in leading and managing wilderness expeditions for Leadership Development programs. Her enthusiasm for the outdoors has been continued in working with two of the world's leading Experiential Education Organizations. She has been lucky to have led Australians, Americans, Mexicans and South Americans in the Kimberley and Australian and New Zealand Alps, the Wind River Ranges of Wyoming, the Baja Peninsula of Mexico, and the mountains of Alaska.

She has a strong background in using outdoor activities as a basis for professional individual and team development. Her exceptional skills in understanding people and in the design, delivery & evaluation of effective learning programs make her a valuable asset to our team.

During her spare time, Louise enjoys competitive Mountain biking, swimming, bushwalking and yoga, and reading the Melway's to navigate herself our her new home of Melbourne.
