Louise brings passion and a wealth of experience in facilitating strong learning experiences for individuals and in developing functional work teams.

Louise has 10 years experience working in team development, as a facilitator, trainer and Training Manager. Prior to working with Corporate Team Solutions, Louise has worked developing many teams throughout Australia, Asia Pacific and North America. Trained as a Psychologist and Outdoor Educator, Louise's practical skills working with diverse teams make her a valuable member of our team. She has exceptional skills in understanding people and in the design, delivery & evaluation of effective learning programs. Louise has a strong belief and ability to utilise the outdoors in conjunction with TMS, to create fun, result-driven programs for teams.

During her spare time, Louise enjoys competitive Mountain biking, swimming, bushwalking and yoga.
