About Corporate TEAM Solutions

Corporate Team Solutions has been delivering Team Management Systems workshops since 1990 and is one of Australia's leading providers of TMS - an integrated team model that provides teams and leaders with practical workplace tools and processes for achieving high performance. Workshops include - Team Problem Solving skills, Leadership/Management Development, Mind mapping techniques, Stress Management, personal and team coaching.

 

About Corporate OUTDOOR Training

COT are experts in the design and delivery of outdoor corporate team building, outdoor leadership and management development programs. Whilst CTS provides indoor theoretical frameworks/models and experiential activities, COT provides facilitated outdoor experiences including problem solving activities - lateral thinking exercises, and adventure learning - high ropes course, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, and bushland "Journey" programs.
